Web Feeds

The RSS Tutorial for Content Publishers and Webmasters has been translated to Brazilian Portuguese, thanks to the efforts of Maurício Samy Silva.

Note that while the title says “RSS”, it isn’t limited to that; or as Maurício wrote,

Apresenta ainda informações sobre um formato semelhante denominado Atom.

What a beautiful language. Maybe it’s just because today’s Friday, but reading this makes me want to fly to Brazil…

Great translation - I thorougly enjoyed reading it. It is always interesting to see how a tutorial written in terse English translated into Portuguese, which is such a baroque language.

You may want to wait another two or three months before holidaying in Brasil (autumn is far more comfortable than summer anywhere north of Santa Catarina :-)), but I’m certain you’d enjoy it greatly. I’m still hoping someday to host a F2F at a nice resort town there….
