Safari 3: Protecting Client-Side State

It's a little thing, but I'm very pleased to see that Safari 3 will check with you before you discard a page where you've entered data on a form;

Epiphany has long had this feature, but on many sites it warns me when I have not filled anything in, likely because of the site's broken design.

I worry about the sites that have already implemented similar behaving using scripting. Will these users get two warnings now?
