Some of you may already know that I've been working on a channel
viewer similar to my.netscape. The site is live for testing at the
moment at http://theweb.startshere.net and if possible I'd like some
feedback from some of you.

It currently supports RSS, Ultramode, plain HTML and the Search Engine
XML format. I'm debugging the scriptingNews format which should be
ready by tonight. There are a number of other formats that I'm looking
into supporting as well.

Future plans include custom aggregation of channels, options to show
only new items, toggles for fat formats to show all the content or
just links, bookmark lists and custom channels by keyword.


Submission of new channels is currently manual - mail
admin@startshere.net to get them added for the moment. The full list
of channels will be published in OCS Directory format of course as
soon as I get time.
