This fits rather nicely with an idea I was working on. It would be
nice if all the channel viewers could settle on a common format for
storing the user's selection of channels. Sites such as StartsHere
could then provide XML-RPC interfaces for manipulating the channel
lists.
The user could sign up to a service and then use that channel
subscription list at multiple providers including CHV.
