  * 78 new providers. The built-in list now contains 368 entries;
    loading in all of the external lists results in a collection
    of nearly over 1230 providers.

  * Dynamic provider status indicator on the main screen.

  * Optional timer-driven stepping between news categories.

  * Progress screens on startup and shutdown.

  * Improved management of background loading.

  * Better tooltips for provider and category names.

  * And lots of smaller tweaks and bug fixes.
