Much as I'd like to agree with you, I'm not sure that books wouldn't be
flying through the air, extrapolating from the ludicrous legal shenanigans
that are currently at large - e.g. the "for Dummies" threats (story on /. I
think), and M$'s Kerberos (/. again) and SOAP (The Register) gagging.
That, and the 'otherwise wouldn't be seen' argument sounds like the pro-MP3
lobby (not that I'm against MP3s at all).
