Rael, about 20 minutes before you posted your spec, I posted a note on
Scripting News about work I've been doing to pull together a spec for
current practice in RSS. I've had just a few minutes to review your spec, we
have different ideas for evolution, not necessarily in conflict with where
you want to go. As I said on the website, the 0.92 spec will have an
IETF-like copyright, so it can be forked without permission. I plan to have
the spec finished by tomorrow. Just a heads-up because it seems like we
crossed paths. There was a discussion about this at WWW9 where O'Reilly was
represented. Anyway, hopefully we can move RSS forward now. Dave
