I've set up a RSS Modularization Spec(ish) page at:

and an initial stab at a simple RSS module registry and documentation page
at:

Please bear in mind that the latter is static pro tem until we have some
more module proposals rolling in and see where we're going with this.
Please do propose your module ideas here on the Syndication mailing list
for comments and discussion.
