I run a news portal site called News Is Free http://news.is.free.fr/
which aggregates a lot of RSS feeds (and does a fair amount of
site scraping ;-) )

I plan to add custom aggregation soon, letting users select a
number of sources to build a new channel (and export it in RSS,
HTML and Javascript). The same with search results in news items.
