Yup, we're rather stubborn -- thinking we invented the Web and all (as Tim
Berners-Lee once said to me "invented in Switzerland by an Englishman living
in France"). But I would really like to make sure that this works.

Well, the XML parser should be automatically getting the encoding. The only
problem is for Unicode characters which don't appear in the Latin-1 spec. I
think that all the Czech characters do, your RSS file looked fine when I
tried it. But then again, I don't read Czech, so who knows whether I was
completely mistaken. Can you report any specific problems?

Try clicking on the "Sources" link at the top -- that will sort it out by
source. Is this what you want? I plan to eventually have many front-ends or
skins as you call them. If you have a design that you'd like, feel free to
send it to me and I'll do my best to implement it. I also plan to make it
available through non-web means, that is by email, WAP and VoiceXML.

XML (like RSS) is good for the Internet as a whole. We need more XML
applications!
