ANN: Novobot 1.2 Beta 1 available

Greetings!

Novobot 1.2 Beta 1 is available for testing. Novobot is a smart headline
viewer for XML and HTML web content. The main new feature is history, which
allows user to mark headlines as read, and tell Novobot to show only unread
headlines. This greatly enhances browsing experience.

You need to have the latest release 1.1 installed. Download it at:
http://www.proggle.com/novobot/novobot.zip

Then get the beta archive, which contains only the executable, unpack it and
replace the old novobot.exe with the new one from the beta archive.

The main test should be aimed at history expiration feature: by default,
headlines expire in 30 days, and I would like to see how the history
performs when there are lots of old headlines to check, and whether the
history file size at some point is becoming more or less constant.
