The idea is that RSS documents now double as RDF metadata. It also allows
RSS items to be taken out of a file and be merged/combined/aggregated but
still allow people to keep track of where they were originally from. Does
this make sense? Perhaps you can clarify by stating exactly what is
confusing to you.
