It is human readable; that's not the point, so it machine language.
RDF is a format that is designed so that the computers can do a better
job of helping us.  It wasn't designed for humans  read and write in
the normal course of communication.  There is a natural process going
on here that started with the first compiler so humans didn't have to
read the binary codes.  Every once and a while we give up and consign
a new layer of complexity to the computer ... that's happening now
with XML and RDF.  Cut it loose, start thinking at the next level up
....
