Are you talking about the following?

 xmlns:rdf="http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#";
 xmlns="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/";

The above is standard. If you're simply using the base RSS
elements, it doesn't change. So how does the use of namespaces
complicate things?
