I am writing up some stuff on this very issue, based on a posting I
made a while back (and that started the whole "Thoughts, d i questions,
and issues" thread ;-) ):

I am also hacking together a simple XML document articulating the ideas.
These don't use RDF, simply to avoid obscuring the ideas for those who
aren't familiar with RDF (and also for me, since I find it hard to think
through a data model when encumbered by RDF notation ;-) )
It should come out later today, but on the [syndication] list -- that
seems a more reasonable location....
