Hello syndication folks -- we were having a discussion over on the
SuperOpenDirectory list about rating things you find in RSS files. (Authors,
Publishers, web pages, etc.) This would help us sort out the valuable
information from the less valuable stuff.

I suggested that we add IDs to RSS 0.9x so that ratings would remain
persistent.

Since you're the one deciding RSS 0.92, I'm sure you can add it in, right?

True, but it'd be nice if Radio UserLand supported it -- perhaps it'll catch
on. Still, I wouldn't recommend on depending on it, merely using it when
possible (and falling back to something else when not).
