I've wondered about this for a while. Gathering the headlines in a
list is one thing. It seems like a rather harmless thing to do.
That is, if you're then directing them in an unframed window to the
actual site itself for viewing.
Putting the text of the articles in the view would seem to infringe
on copyright. Framing the target page with you own border would also
likely infringe (and I believe someone did sue regarding this).
IANAL but this seems it needs clarification.
