I'm doing this off line from memory, but,

1. In Newsifree, set your preferences to "Framed View". And click on the
radio button for "Post to Manila"
2. Click on a news story
3. The news appears in the bottom frame. In the top frame is a tiny
Userland logo. Click on it.
4. In the new window fill in your Manila Site address, email and
password. Edit the text of the post. Hit submit.
5. Go to the Manilasite and view the page.

Next time you do this it will remember the Manila URL and Email address.
Pretty damn cool system and it works with Blogger too. I wonder if the
news sites will complain about being displayed in a frame (if they find
out). In some legislatures, it's legally suspect.
