Everybody's parsers are out of luck, including even simple try to DISPLAY
any RSS feed in Internet Explorer (capable of handling XML).

Yes, they certainly did....
And Yes, it seems as good example of real weakness of XML....
I have found that DTD (at least) available at :

You can start complaining to myns15_feedback@netscape.com
but i am sure they have zillions of complains, because MANY current links in
they My Netscape are showing the same result - page not found :)
