RE: [syndication] HELP! RSS broke like a twig when Netscape "improved" my.netscape.com



This is why Public Identifiers are so useful. Use of a catalog would
have meant that everyone could have had a local copy, and would
have limited the effects of a single global copy moving.

Really surprised that no one is using 'em.
