That's NOT the point. PRISM may not be for all I know. The fact is if
I'm looking for a format to use I'll choose the "standard" that looks
like it offers me choices, or levels of implementation.
And I disagree with your point offlist that what I say only makes
sense "if the RDF fork was somehow compatible with 0.91". If it is
possible to write a simple 0.91 file and then upgrade it to "the RDF
fork" when necessary (and it is), then they belong in the same
family, i.e. RSS, and should publicize that fact.
