GIVE UP ON THIS.  Stop attempting to consider anything with RSS in 
it.  The users certainly don't care.  The developers will adjust.  
All this wasted f'ing time about some silly ass lettering.

GET ON WITH IT.

Call the RDF enabled thing called RSS something NEW.  Call the RSS 
0.92/3 branch something NEW.  

I'll echo again, two formats, one for content and one for headlines 
seems like a really good idea.
