Once you have the pointer, it's up to the RSS generator to decide what
goes in the "related feeds" file, no?

Something like this:-

<rss version="0.92 and a bit">
  <channel>
    <title>My RSS for TopicX</title> 
    ...
    <related_feeds>http://mydomain/backend.php?related=topicx
      </related_feeds>
    ...
    <item>
      ...
  </channel>
</rss>

Where http://mydomain/backend.php?related=topicx is my dynamically
created OCS list of feeds that I think are related to "My RSS for
TopicX". But I get to decide what "related" means. It might easily be
just the set of subscriptions I have for this topic. If the feed is my
main feed, then it might well be "All my subscriptions".

[1]The rdf version of this is left as an exercise for the student.

BTW. In Userland, are you aggregating the URLs discovered in 0.92
<source> elements? Or just using them for display?
