RSS From Yahoogroups

FWIW, the RSS feed from Yahoogroups seems to be up and running and no longer has
broken links.

The URL of the XML is of the form:-
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/the_group_name/messages?rss=1

What's slightly annoying is that the feed is in the reverse order to most feeds,
ie LILO. The items are also fairly useless eg
<item>
 <title>Hugh Pyle</title>
 <link>http://groups.yahoo.com/group/syndication/message/1961</link>
 <description>Ovum: 'Follow me' - how syndication is the linchp</description>
</item>

Being just the author and truncated subject line. I'd prefer to see the subject
in the title and the first 128 (say) characters of the message body in the
description. I've posted a request to Yahoo to that effect.

But maybe somebody can do something useful with this.
