Yes. It's been a persistent problem since they switched to a staggered
checking mechanism last December. What happens is that if an RSS file
isn't updated for a certain period, it falls into a seven-day check cycle
(or is it once a day?), and only if it gets updated does it get back into
the hourly check cycle.
As I read it (and I really don't know for sure), the problem is that while
it may be updated internally (and I'm not sure about that), it's not making
it back into their official listings files as an active site. I've been
updating my site almost daily since January, and it's still showing the
Dec. 20th data.
I doubt it's high on their list of things to spend time on right now, so
don't hold your breath.
