Well let's see. 
- Each item has a unique ID, so it's not hard to set up a permalink to
the item. That gives us the <link>
- We've got body text for the <description> 
- A <title> could be created from the first 30 chars of the description
- The blogger system remembers the items and re-creates the page
whenever an item changes.

So it really wouldn't be hard for Blogger to create an 0.91 RSS file
along with the html file and ftp it up to the host.

But it really should be done by Blogger rather than cobbled together
with something on top.

BTW. http://www.ourfavoritesongs.com reports 6 people picking up RSS
from Evhead, http://www.evhead.com/evhead_rss.xml but it's invalid and
hasn't changed since March. ;-(
