Not yet, but this is next on my list. There will be a couple of
simple text fields that will accept:

1 - Suggestion for a category of feeds (e.g. "More Moldavian Soccer
News")

2 - Suggestion of a site that should be syndicated (e.g.
www.moldaviansoccernews.com)

3 - Suggestion of a feed (e.g. www.moldaviansoccernews.com/msn.rsss)

Items entered into these will go into a "review queue". Any registered
user
will be able to designate themselves as a reviewer. They will have
different 
kinds of things to do for items of types 1, 2, and 3. For 3 (the first
to be 
implemented) they will have to do some simple "QA" on the feed and then
approve it. I want to make sure that each new feed is seen by some human
eyes before it gets onto the list, and this is where the community
aspect of
the site will come into play.

ETA for feed suggestion and review is the end of this week.
