A new format implementation is interesting. But I fail to see how this
addresses the problems with the four Manila/Radio implementations of the
existing formats.

The 0.91 (/xml/rss.xml) implementation in particular could be improved.
It is outputting broken html in the <title>, no html in the
<description> and is concatenating a day's items into a single <item>.
Any progress in fixing this would be much appreciated.
