Hello.

It seems to me that RSS 1.0 needs a new element 'comment'.  I was thinking this
would be similar to 'description' but would allow content creators to ad their
own internal comments about a URL.

So for example one could have:

<item rdf:about="http://www.cnn.com/2001/US/09/19/gen.america.under.attack/";>

    <description>

    (CNN) -- As President Bush announced he would address Congress on Thursday
    about the terrorist attacks on the United States, Pentagon sources told CNN
    Wednesday that war planes were being deployed to the Persian Gulf region as
    part of the initial buildup of forces in America's "new war" against
    terrorism.

    </description>

    <comment>

    This would hold my personal comments.

    </comment>

</item>

This way one could write a stylesheet for this so that description and comments
could be handled differently.
