Keen. I know there are some services for scraping (namely NewsIsFree
and blogifyYourPage), but I don't know of many client-end tools for
it.

Stapler publishes its scraped feeds as static XML files, typically
somewhere Radio will "upstream" them into the Radio/xmlStorageSystem
cloud (eg, ourfavoritesongs.com). Since it's a Radio UserLand tool,
it avails itself of Radio's facility for running things on the hour
to do so hourly.

So I guess that's a, "No, it does that itself."
