This, I'm pretty forgiving on. Yes, it's invalid, but think of how manynegatives that misunderstanding users could have:


 "XML doesn't know &? Bwahahahah. Ok. Welp, screw you, binky!"
 "So, I don't get it. &? &amp;? &amp;amp;? Recursion?"
 "Hey, it's valid under HTML."

Ultimately, I follow specs, but to a "glad to get an RSS feed out thereFINALLY!", this may be such a fickle point between keeping the feed going,or not...

This I'm more destructive about it. Inform the user.
