New version of GrabNews ASP code

I have released a new version of my GrabNews ASP code for 'grabbing' 
and displaying RDF/RSS newsfeeds utilising ASP and the MSXML3.

It can now use either an Access database or MySQL to hold the 
information. It also includes a simple add news links page and URL 
checking with 'user-friendly' error messages.

The code is covered by the GPL.
