Quick update...

Hi Everyone,

I've been lying on a warm, sunny beach all week, not giving
syndic8 a thought. Just me and my wife, away from the kids.
I just snuck away for a minute to visit a cybercafe and 
check up on my email. Then back to the beach.

Nope, scratch that. Just a fantasy. The beach will have to
wait.

I've been spending every waking, non-consulting moment 
for the past 4 days working to mold the existing Syndic8 
poller into something that can do multiple threads in 
parallel, while still maintaining a coherent view of the 
statistics.

It is nearly ready to go. In fact, I should be able to put
it in to production within the next 24 hours. This is a 
really complex piece of code, and since it modifies valuable
data I've been extra careful. But it is looking good so far.

More news ASAP, and then I'll have time to work on the UI
and to catch up on the list mail. I have one more scalability
issue (table size) to address and then I will be able to
add in the 4000+ feeds from James Linden (aka KodeKrash).

We've now got exactly 200 users. Very impressive!
