I don't want to reinvent the wheel here, so I'm wondering if anyone knows of a newsletter script in PHP or Perl that would take the headlines from an RSS file, possibly tack on a text ad or two and zap it off to subscribers. I'd like to run something like that from cron. Thanks for any pointers!
