Note that 'coverage' shouldn't be used for the physical
location of the feed. For example, if you have a Web site /
RSS feed about the Eiffel tower, written in Spanish, by an
American, and stored on a server in New Zealand, the 'coverage'
should point to 'Paris, France'. Therefore, relatively few feed
actually *should* use 'dc:coverage'.
