Uh, let's be clear here.  Nobody's been served with notice of a 
lawsuit, correct?  At this stage of the game it's just trolling on 
the part of this law firm and the PEARL group, right?  It's not even 
gotten to the point of cease and desist yet.  

Isn't it usually, they troll for suckers willing to pay up quickly to 
avoid legal costs.  Blackmail, of a sort.  Then they send someone a 
c&d demand letter.  Then they file and serve papers on a lawsuit.  
Have I got this right?  If so, we're still at the trolling for 
suckers stage.  Let's not bite.  

Better yet, let's tip over the boat and scare them outta the pond.  
They might not realize these fish BITE.
