netscape validator tool

Hi, 

just a quick question, I have been following the steps
to create a valid RSS file [1] but when it came to the
validation step, the RSS validator tool seemed not to
validate my very simple file. I tried with a standard
one that I copied from the site and it didn't work
either (by the way, the address of the Validator tool
changed [2]).
Then I could not register my channel with Netscape.

Would you have another solution for registering my
channel (just for testing) and validate my file ?
Did you use netscape as well?
