A poll it is then!

Suggested wording:

   Are you OK with the representation in the RSS 1.0 proposed module
   Administration
   <http://groups.yahoo.com/group/rss-dev/files/Modules/Proposed/mod_admin.html>?
   This is a poll, all mailing list members may participate. If you
   select "No", please post comments to the mailing list.

 * Yes
 * No
 * I abstain.

Any seconds?

As noted in the module, if the URL is resolvable it should return a
user-readable HTML page.

Beyond that, use of RDDL <http://www.rddl.org/> embedded in the HTML
is highly recommended. RDDL is what can/should be used to encode
meta-information about the generator, such as email address, home
page, mailing lists, software download, etc.

All of the RSS 1.0 module documents use RDDL, as do many namespace
URIs. Do a view source on http://webns.net/mvcb for a brief example
of RDDL.
