JOB OPENING

We are recruiting for a Java, XML consulting position in Bethesda, 
Maryland. It is minimally a two-month assignment, but could be last 
longer.
We prefer W2 consultants that will continue employment with Q Data 
past the
end of this first assignment, but we will consider 1099 consultants 
that conform to IRS rulings and carry their own insurance.  
The project is developing a health insurance rate quoting tool for 
brokers. The consultant will define pre-existing object modules, 
provide XML spec's for team and create XML modules. Required skills 
are at least three years of Java and Object Modules, Servlet, FOP for 
PDF documentation, JAXP, XERCES.
The consultant will be part of a team, but will work independently 
with limited direction. The ideal consultant will have good math 
skills and a degree, but that is not the determining factor.  
Projected start date is April 10,2002.
