UI bug in 1.2

Hi Andrew,

I found a UI bug in 1.2.

Add a new channel from an OCS source.
Resize the window
Expand all the items in the OCS list (about 150)
Click them all (a check all shortcut would be nice here)
Then verify them.

The bug is that the progress bar is drawn in the middle of the screen.  It
appears to be drawing it where it would be located on a window that had not been
resized.  There is space beneath the "Downloading: " text.  But the bar is draw
up in the middle.
