XSL stylesheet for RSS (all versions)

I thought this might be useful to someone.

I have been working on this [1] stylesheet my protozilla-rss [2] project.

It supports all versions of RSS (0.9, 0.91, 0.92 and 1.0), dubin core,
mod_annotate, and mod_content.

Getting all the RSS versions to work with one stylesheet requires some XPath and
XSLT magic which doesn't seem obvious at first.  The result is that one can
maintain one stylesheet for all RSS versions.
