This has been one of my points.  I've suggested before that feeds need to
indicate a way that would allow 'learning more' about it without bulking it up.

Consider that a feed is likely to get pulled all the time.  What about that feed
doesn't change?  A lot of the channel info doesn't change.  And the overall
taxonomy wouldn't change with any great frequency.  So instead of cramming every
damn thing into the feed itself then how about putting it into a file and
putting a URL in the feed instead?  This would be a great place for all the
foaf, admin, taxo and other stuff.

Using OCS with modules... hmmm.... that might be an interesting idea....
