I'm with James Linden: the ones I run that fit your criteria are one-off Perl
scripts (admittedly with a similar structure). Anyone who knows syndication
enough to want to scrape something is probably adept enough to write a one-off
Perl script (with rotten, 0.92 output), a Radio UserLand user with Stapler and
RssDistiller available, or out of luck.

(Mmmm, PyStapler...)
