That's not an RSS file. It almost looks like an RSS file but it's not
structured properly. For an RSS-0.9x file you'd have to put the items 'inside'
the <channel> element. For RSS-1.0 you could use your current structure but
there are other elements it's missing.
As far as the second error goes, you're using a smart quote and that's not legal
in the encoding of XML you're using. You'd be better off NOT using smart
quotes. They're generally more trouble than they're worth.

In the mean time, take that RSS link off your page until you get it working.
You'll save yourself and others a lot of wasted bandwidth.
