Open Content Syndication namespace

Hello All,

  I am currently trying to create a proper implementation of Open
Content Syndication import in Syndirella [1], and there is one thing I
don't quite understand. All released versions of the published OCS
standard [2] say that the OCS namespace is:

  http://InternetAlchemy.org/ocs/directory#

  However, the OCS directories produced by both MoreOver and
Syndic8.com use a different namespace:

  http://alchemy.openjava.org/ocs/directory#

  (And for the record, the draft version 0.5 uses yet another
namespace:

  http://purl.org/ocs/directory/0.5/#
  )

  Why is that? Should the feeds at MoreOver and Syndic8.com be fixed
to match the standard? Or should I use only local names when parsing
OCS, and not try to do proper namespace processing?
