If your server supports Server-Side Includes (SSI) you can use rss_display at
http://www.decafbad.com/twiki/pub/Main/RssDisplayDiscussion/rss_display.txt,
otherwise a Javascript solution would probably work for you, for example
http://publish.curry.com/rss/
