I'll dig through the logs (and maybe try Bill's suggestion) to see if I 
can get more info.

And it's mildly irritating because every real page contains the 
auto-discovery links. If they'd looked at index.php, they might have 
seen it.

But then it's not even in the top 50 bandwidth users by IP so not 
exactly a problem.
