Suggestions for Aggregator Developers

I have the following feature suggestions for aggregators.

It would be useful if aggregators provide an option to organize items in 
a single folder.  The user could choose to organize that folder: 
Chronologically, by category, by source.  Just like you can with your 
email in Outlook.  If they are organized by category or source, then you 
an expandable tree view for each.  An item can appear in several 
categories, but if you have read it in one,then it appears read in the 
other categories also.  The aggregator would then only have two panes. I 
think newsgator can do this because it puts items into outlook folders.

Another feature I would like is some sort of reaggregation.  If I choose 
an item for reggregation, it automatically is inserted into RSS channel, 
preferably with RSS 1.0 Mod-aggregation

particular application warrants the expressivity of RSS 1 and the 
tradeoff away from the simplicity off RSS 2 is warranted.
