RSS News Generator Script Needed

Hello,

I'm looking for an RSS News Feed building script to install on my 
news site so I don't have to keep on manually updating my RSS feed 
and then FTP'ing it.

I've thought about just using a blog like b2 or Movable Type, but the 
problem is that I already have an existing RSS feed.

What I'm looking for is something where in the admin I can input the 
news headline, the story teaser, a link, and possibly an image, 
date,...etc.

Then just hit a button.

The RSS News Feed would then be automatically updated. No problem.

I'm surprised that there's not a similar feed generator on the hot 
scripts sites... they're all full of News Aggregators, which anyone 
can do.

If you know of any scripts like this, could you please post the info?
