Newzcrawler lists 'em all, FWIW.

It all depends on how a given aggregator handles autodiscovery. Newzcrawler
does it in the background as I browse... in that case, having it check for a
default file on every site I visit would be a rather bad idea. But if an app
only does the file lookup as a last resort after a user has clicked a "find
feeds" button, then no, it isn't gonna be that big a deal.
